Returns and Exchanges
At Zomesi, we are committed to providing detailed product descriptions to avoid any surprises upon delivery. We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.
Order Cancellation Policy
We are proud of our ability to process orders quickly. Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at contact@zomesi.com as soon as possible.
Since most items are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours, it is essential that you contact us within this timeframe to attempt to cancel your order before it is processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled.
To speed up the handling of your request, please include "Cancel My Order" in the subject line of your email, along with your full name and order number.
Address Error
It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the shipping address provided at the time of purchase and to contact us promptly for any corrections. Changes can only be made if the order has not yet been processed.
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information, nor for orders that are refused or undeliverable (incomplete or inaccessible addresses). In such cases, packages may be returned to us.
If an order is returned to us, we will offer you either a refund minus the shipping costs, or a re-shipment, at your choice.
You are not eligible for a re-shipment or refund until the package has been returned to us.
Return Policy
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and applicable Canadian provincial consumer protection legislation, we accept returns for any reason within 30 days of receiving your product.
Whether you are unsatisfied or simply changed your mind, we are here to help.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@zomesi.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with detailed instructions and the address of our warehouse for the return shipment.
Return Conditions:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- The shipping label must be present and intact
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of products whose seal has been opened
Refund:
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or not as described.
Legal Warranty
In accordance with applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation, all products sold by Zomesi carry an implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for purpose. If you receive a defective or non-conforming product, please contact us at contact@zomesi.com with a description of the issue and photos of the product. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Zomesi.
